2. What Data We Collect

We collect only data that you actively provide via the sign-up form on the homepage:

First name and last name
Email address
Optional: ZIP code / city (for regional context)
Optional: intended contribution (Hoppers Supporter CHF 100 / year, Hoppers Share CHF 250 one-time, Hoppers Club from CHF 500, or a custom amount)
Time of sign-up

Providing this information is voluntary. Without it, however, we cannot add you to our mailing list.

3. How We Use the Data

We use your data exclusively to:

add you to the «Vo Hoppers» mailing list,
send you a confirmation that your sign-up has been received,
keep you periodically informed about the initiative (updates, milestones, calls to action),
contact you in good time once the cooperative is founded and binding subscription becomes possible.

The legal basis is your explicit consent, which you grant by submitting the form (Art. 6 para. 6 revFADP / GDPR Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a).

4. How Long We Keep Data

We store your data for as long as the initiative is active, but no longer than until you unsubscribe. If you opt out of the mailing list or request deletion, we will delete your personal data promptly, and no later than within 30 days.

5. Processors

For sending and managing emails, we use the following service providers, who act on behalf of and under the instructions of sx.company GmbH:

Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, 106 boulevard Haussmann, 75008 Paris, France) - email delivery and mailing list management. Brevo is certified to EU data protection standards. Data is stored in the EU. Brevo Privacy Policy.
Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA, USA) - hosting of the sign-up endpoint and spam/bot protection. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

Both providers have the data processing agreements required by Art. 9 revFADP / Art. 28 GDPR.

6. Cookies and Tracking

This website uses no tracking cookies, no analytics tools, and no ad tracking. Only technically necessary local storage is used (e.g., your light/dark mode choice), which remains exclusively in your browser. For that reason, we do not display a cookie banner.

7. Server Logs

When you visit the site, the hosting provider automatically records standard technical log data (IP address, date/time, browser type, requested page). This data is used only for security and stability, is not combined with other data, and is deleted after a short period.

8. Your Rights

You have the right at any time to:

Access the data we have stored about you,
Correct inaccurate data,
Delete your data,
Withdraw your consent with future effect,
Data portability, where technically feasible,
File a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or with your local data protection authority.

Transmission of your data is encrypted via TLS. Access to your data within sx.company GmbH is restricted to those who are operationally involved with the initiative.
